Just wondering what its like

Hi I’ve been with Sofi from the beginning and have found the valerian helped me immensely. The passiflora didn’t work so well for me and the Ashwaganda definitely helps but I can’t take too much of it. The whole purpose of the trial is to see the effect these plants have on different people. It’s not a one plant fits all. Before Sofi I only had 2-4 hrs sleep a night for many years now I average around 6hrs. Patience is the key to using Sofi, the effects don’t often come immediately. :slightly_smiling_face:

For 4 weeks , I did feel a difference in anxiety, don’t get as panicked as before and sleep better, however I think this stuff will be better than supplements so eager to try
