I've done 10 days but it's only logged 9

So yeah I keep track of my sprays via notes too and I did my last sprays last night, but for some reason the app has only logged it as 9 days.

The thing is I don’t have anymore spray left in no.1 canister so not sure what to do

Thanks for messaging @OberonMoon - as you’re out of sprays, feel free to go ahead and move onto to whichever pod you prefer to use next! :blush:

Okay thank you Alex, I don’t know why it’s empty already but yeah, since my no.3 still had some sprays left, although my dad has borrowed it to try and he said he’s been sleeping deeper since :joy:
