Mood journaling

I’m the same @richard.branchette, and I’ve seen a few others comments about this as well. It’s hard to describe the right moods sometimes.

Some of us were talking about that here

@Kaveh mentioned the following:

looking at potentially putting “Anger” and “Excitement” into a sofi retirement program - benching them for a little bit, and potentially introducing new characters that can help us dig a little deeper into “Tired” and “Anxious” - two emotional states that seem to summarise many of us.

And I offered up a ‘meh’ status which is nicely noncommittal

We currently have:
Tired
Anxiety
Joy
Sad
Happy
Refreshed
Confident
Anger
Excitement

And I’m always playing around in my head with what would work better for me.

The states I feel most relatable about so far are:
Tired
Anxiety = might read better as Anxious
Refreshed

Then I think:
Confident and Excitement are possibly closely related.
Similar to Joy and Happy
And controversially I think Anger and Sad are closely related.

Maybe my personal 8 states would be:
Tired
Anxious
Sad
Meh
Refreshed
Confident
Positive
Happy
And have a final spot left for Content
