My sofi app got uninstalled

Hi everyone! Something strange happened to me. A couple of days ago I couldn’t find my sofi app and then I realised that it disappeared completely but I didn’t delete or uninstall it. I then wanted to download it again but I couldn’t. I thought it was a general problem. So, I couldn’t journal or pair my pod with the app for a couple of days. I just managed to download the app and restore my account now. Has anyone else experienced the same problem?
