Just had a look also at the dashboard and we don’t seem to have captured any data on here … can I ask when you last delivered the sofi spray - I assume there should have been some data for the 4th of April and we don’t seem to have any data here. Adding @filipe and @rafaelgoncalves to also check. @Kirill and @alexwalkerjones can you also follow with any Pioneers being resupplied.
I sprayed at just after 1900 and at 2100
Hi @Aaron
We are currently working on a fix to reset the pod counters and push the data properly again! Should be released shortly, I’ll let you know here.
Brilliant to hear thankyou !
I’ve experienced a significant change in appetite since using valerian spray for just over a week. I generally don’t eat in the morning, and tend to have either a lunch that lasts me for the rest of the day-even if it’s just a sandwich. Or only a small dinner in the evening. I usually never feel desperately hungry during the day, and tend to eat as an afterthought around 8-9pm. I do and have for a long time struggled with my weight despite eating so little. But ive really struggled to get my head around addi g extra meals during the day when Im not particularly fussed about eating. After the first few days of spraying the Valerian, i noticed an improvement in the length of time Im managing to sleep between waking, a reduction in the length of those gaps (which occur up to 8 times in a night-usually for between 45mins to an hour) ive found myself managing to drift back off to sleep so quickly, that I have no memory of the usually lengthy anxious, self-defeating rumination that kicks in around those times. It’s an amazing and unexpected result so quickly into the first few days of the trial. Ive also found myself headachy and nauseous until I eat-usually fairly soon after waking, which is completely new to me, it’s fascinating that I’ve then felt similar symptoms a few hours later, improved by eating a small snack…and the same around dinner time. I hadnt expected any of this as a side effect, but I’m convinced it’s related to my bodies newfound need to refuel following all the work involved in maintaining a restorative sleep, which my body hasn’t been capable of for a couple of decades now. If Sofi successfully improves my long term sleep issues, and by default, also kicks my metabolism into touch as an unexpected side effect. I’ll be absolutely stunned! If I regain the energy and inclination to exercise and maintain healthy regular eating patterns, and lose even a little weight. I swear I’ll be looking to buy shares in the company! . So great to hear I’m not the only one experiencing unexpected benefits. So happy for you that the unfortunate nausea has impacted on your smoking too, which should in turn, further improve your sleep and general health and so on!
Reading other experiences like your own just reinforce how lucky I feel to have stumbled across this trial-while once again scrolling at crazy o’clock in the morning, desperate to find some kind of option I hadn’t yet tried. Even if it was a placebo spray, at this early juncture, the results thus far are far exceeding any expectations I had. Thanks for sharing your unique experience to encourage others. Long may it continue for all of us x
