I’m very excited to say that my sofi box has just arrived!!
However I’m having a bit of an issue with the different pods as not all of them are registering, bottle 2 and 3 (blue and pink) are both registering as number 2 on the app and then bottle 1 (green) isn’t registering at all (I was assigned to begin my journey with number 3 but have now been told to start with number 2 instead). I have spoken to an insider at sofi already and they have said they will provide me with the correct caps for the bottles to register correctly, nonetheless I still wanted to write a quick post to everyone to see if anyone else has had the same issue? @Kirill @alexwalkerjones

Thx @eveyvandenheuvel …. Love to hear from anyone else if the Sofi stick doesn’t recognise the correct bottle when inserting the plant pods into the Sofi stick. Raised this with @bee as this would have resulted here we in first production would have put the wrong top cap on the bottle. Seems to be an isolated problem at this stage but we fully expect teething issues with the S1.0 units so thank you for the feedback.
@alexwalkerjones will add this as a test for everyone to do when their box arrives to make sure their bottles are being recognised correctly. This is super important as all the journaling data will flow from this. Thank you so much for raising this @eveyvandenheuvel xx

I am having difficulties I am all set up my problem is the app and stick don’t seem to sync . It paired successfully and recognised the different bottles it just doesn’t count the sprays or let me journal ??.
Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Pleased you have managed to get all the bottles recognised. Can I check that you are pressing all the way down as we have found that the press counter on the sofi stick are a bit stubborn and you need to press them all the way down till you see a light come on - that’s when you know you have triggered a count. Also adding @alexwalkerjones and @Kirill in here so we can follow your progress.

I got mine today, team pink for me!!
Mine had performance anxiety at first and didn’t want to pair so I restarted my phone and it paired.
It then didn’t really feel like registering the bottle so took it out, held the top down so the light came on and then inserted the bottle and it immediately recognised it.
I sprayed but it didn’t register, restarted the app and did it again and now it seems happy!!
I’ll update if I have any issues again but so far mine just needed a little encouragment to wake up

Still having problems the stick will not sync correctly with the app. It registers the amount od presses but will not let me journal ??.

Loving the perseverance @daniel.butler1408 … one of the observations we have is you really have to press that sofi stick button down fully for it to register a press so raising that with our medicinal team to see how we can improve it in the next generation of sofi sticks … but loving all the feedback - so grateful Daniel!

Thanks it’s an android and this morning thenapp is showing the journal forbthe first time its a bit strange. Anyway I shall try from tonight to begin my journal properly .

I have the app on my phone open when I pick my pod up and it activates automatically it may work for you

When i pushed the pump for my first dose nothing can out so bit it worked afyer that.
So it says i had 4 pumps,but i only had 3.not sure if tbis makes a difference but thought i would report it.
A d i must say i slept like a baby,i was shocked when i woke up and see the sun streaming throught the window i normaly wake up 4-5 times throughout the night

That’s normal @malone.shelley as it takes time for the pump of the plant formulation to engage and it’s ok if you spray three or four times each … as for the result … perhaps you had had along day or valerian is your friend … we will find out in time! So pleased sofi’s holding together with a bit of tape and a lot of good will so far! xx

Unfortunately today I’m having issues again, it registered I’ve used I think 8 which should be 12 but the page which shows the red lines against the time and day for sprays shows only 3?
It also keeps saying the sofi pod is missing unless I remove it, hold down the top so the light comes on and then put it back in.
As others have said I also can’t journal as it says I’ve done it for today which I haven’t so I can’t log my sleep at the moment!
Should I continue using it or wait until the issues are resolved so you can record the data?
