Sofi? Will you please send me a new kit with new sprays and a new black, metal spray holder? The kit I am currently using has stopped working
I have plugged in the metal thing into a charger and charged it but still nothing. I wish to continue to participate in this study but will you please send me some me equipment? I won’t be able to journal at the moment. Please help. Many thanks and kind regards, Nicholas

The ‘kit’ is expensive and may need to be sent back for repair.
In the meantime have you tested whether the new full capsule will spray before you insert it into the pod?
It seems very unlikely that the pod and the capsules would both fail at the same time. Perhaps the capsule nozzle is blocked and may need cleaning.
Also, while waiting for a solution it is still important to journal, much as you did before receiving the sprays and will do afterwards

well, im trying to be respectful of sofi as a company. you are helping me so i , in turn, must be considerate of your trial/study. the capsule is full but yet will not spray. i just dont know what to do next.

the light is showing as blue and the capsule, (my third), is definitely full of fluid but will not spray. i promise i will continue to journal. the black metal thingy is clearly still working but the capsule isnt. are you able to send me some new ones so i can continue to take part in this study? my boyfriend has been having a horrific nervous breakdown since christmas so my sleep has been wrecked all summer whilst i was trialing, taking part, i mean, -in the trial. but i would very much like to continue to take part in this study and would be most grateful if sofi could send me some new capsules.

Hi Nicky, it might be worth trying to rinse the nozzle under a tap, then wipe with a tissue, and perhaps turn it upside down for a trial spray. Worth a try i think. A small particle on the nozzle could possibly cause a problem?
The team might like to know if the top of the capsule (when it is not in the black pod) will press down but no spray is coming out, or is the top not pressing down at all?
Sorry to hear of your boyfriend’s breakdown and its affect on your sleep. I hope he has been able to get some help

I will take your advice about the capsule. it does indeed press down but nothing comes out. i will try to rinse it. it is definitely full.the capsule definitely presses down but absolutely nothing comes out. i would like to try more capsules if i am allowed to?

You might also try blowing into the nozzle with pursed lips to get a bit of pressure up!
I hope something works to free it up to spray.
Im sure one of the team will advise as to whether they can send you another capsule if you can’t clear yours.
There is a bit of a wait now for us pioneers to try the next herb (Chamomile). It will be after their December launch to paying customers so we have to be patient. I was hoping it might be hops as i have tried them a long time ago in herbal sleep supplements and they seemed to help me. They may come after Chamomile perhaps.

As far as I understood your pod is working fine, which is great news since it would be slightly more difficult and time-consuming to repair it. The issue you are dealing with, does it happen with all 3 formulations you received or only with the second one?
