Hi All . I have had a message saying that my capsule isnt recognised. I have ignored it since I am still getting sprays. Although it is showing no sprays for the last 3 days I have been spraying as normal. Meg x

It would be great to get a few more details so we can look into what’s going on. Has your sofi pod been recently charged at all? And just to confirm, is the pod paid, but the capsules are still not recognised?
