No sleep , night 5

Any advice for no sleep in 5 nights??
Feeling sick , very dizzy, any advice would be appreciated

Oh goodness poor you, I had 3 nights straight of no sleep once and felt awful, do you know why your not sleeping thoughts going on in your mind, pain ?
I take it you have tried all the usual things eyemask /black out curtains ear plugs, meditation no blue light or coffee a few hours before bed etc.but have you tried using a white natural energy lamp ( what people use for S.A.D.) you can buy them quite cheaply now. You use it in the morning for 15/ 20 mins to reset you circadian rhythm, it’s worth a try as it won’t do any harm. I also take a magnesium tablet at night. My sleep has improved but I still wake at 3am and find it difficult to get back. But I think my sleep problem is menopause and stress.

Well I got 2 hours sleep yesterday and a little sleep last night but I’ve waited for this to try since 13 February and still waiting, I have no idea what I’m doing wrong?? Everyone else seems to get there’s so quick, ?? Have you tried it yet?? Xx

You should have received an email on December 7th with a link to complete your order for your free starter pack with £10 deposit (refundable upon return of your pod after your study, or upon subscription).

I’ve gone ahead and resent that email to you just now, please let me know if it’s received okay and should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask! :blush: :blue_heart:

All starter packs will be shipping at the end of this week according to our fulfilment center and we are in the process of filling capsules and assembling the packs now :slight_smile:
