Could you provide some more detail please? A screenshot or screen recording would also be a huge help and allow us to see what you see.
Does a message about bluetooth pop-up when you go-to pair? or could the battery in your sofi pod be a little low? There are many difference scenarios and each with a difference fix - so please let me know and I look forward to hearing back!
