Received pods but no stick

This is my first time receiving anything from sofi other than the pebble. I had 3 pods come today but no stick. Im not sure if its all supposed to come together or if the stick comes separately?

Hi @oliviap203 - oh no! We have you correctly signed up for an S2 Starter Pack (with a sofi stick), so it is likely mixup/human error. I will touch base with Operations today and see if we can’t get a full S2 Pack on it’s way to you ASAP.

Just got my sofi pods but no stick too.

Nvr mind… just realised u can spray it without the stick​:blush:… hopefully i will :sleeping::sleeping: tonight.

Thank you so much for letting us know! We are investigating how this mix-up could have occurred in the first place and will solve this as a priority.

Of course, as @BrandNewMe mentioned, we’ve arranged to get another Pioneer Pack on its way to you ASAP so that your Program can officially begin, as sofi’s ability to track and analyse the effect of the plant only works via use of your sofi stick.
