How long will it be before the P2 program begins and the sticks get sent out?
I’m having a woeful time without sleep lately.if this could help at all I would he so grateful. I think I’m going mad . 2hrs max I get every 24hrs 
sometimes I try to catch a nap during the day but even at that it’s only ever less than an hour 
My body is having all sorts of sleep deprivation related temper tantrums !

It’s so lovely to hear from you Jacky @SlimJ1980 and I’m sorry to hear about the body tantrums! Looks like sleep is getting in the way. We are about to do an update on the timeline to our S2 Pioneer Program so please standby. We will give more context on that. We will be activating passiflora which has a huge history in human health in helping with sleep. Are you managing to keep track of your current sleep and how you feel via the app as that will give sofi a powerful baseline against which to measure any effect. In the meantime will have a chat with @alexwalkerjones see if there’s something we can do … hang in there! xx

Jacky, I have been discussing with the sofi fairies (@alexwalkerjones and @bee) what we can do. I am mindful you didn’t have a chance to participate in the S1 Valerian Program and we are shortly going to be announcing an update on the S2 program but one that’s not going to help in the here and now. We are going to see if we can get you a unit from the S1 Pioneer Program in the meantime. We have to look around but leave it with us … we will make this a priority xx

I had actually been speaking to my doc today and he just wants me to continue tapering off diazepam which is just making me worse.
I want to taper off, personally, but as mentioned am just constantly so sleep deprived the rest of my health is just falling apart as if it wasn’t already sighh
I don’t understand why I haven’t been sent to a sleep specialist yet but that’s Irish health for you.

Oh how I wish I had Kaveh!
I did manage to get a few hours yesterday though …usually happens that way exhaustion eventually just hits and then I sleep and have weird lucid kind of nightmares. Like last night I knew I was dreaming cos it was the usual nightmare of being trapped, lost and going around in circles but when I realised it everyone started staring at me in the dream which was really weird !!! They’re always nightmares when I’m sleep deprived and sleep. So I can’t say it’s refreshing!
I had also gone into an opioid withdrawal accidentally because I’m on fentanyl patches for my chronic pain and the darn thing had fallen off and I hadn’t realised until I found it stuck to the inside of my bra…Darn bra tried to get hooked on my pain patch 
That was a rather unpleasant day of vomiting and pain and cold sweats until the new patch I applied got my levels back to normal. The problem with my meds is not that I’m dependent on them, they’re dependent on me lol! I tapered off those before but had to go back on them a few months back after a year off them. It’s a minefield for sure this sleep business.
I really really really appreciate what you have done for me … I really wish more doctors realised how important sleep really is. If you’re not sleeping , you’re gonna be in hell, end of story, as all the pioneers here I am sure can testify to also !!

We are so delighted to have such an awesome pioneer base to bring sofi to life with and she will need all our help to get her message out. The data we are seeing from the very first Pioneer Program is staggering for even the most skeptical of the scientist on this journey with us. We are not saying valerian will fix everyone - it won’t. But we now have a way of actually evidencing when it impacts someone, and how much … and we can work together through every medicinal plants till we find the right one for everyone. Much better to find a sustainable life taking plants than a lifetime of dependence on prescribed meds. xx

Morning @charliekluf82 well I can confirm we have now pretty much received the last missing component at our facilities in Liverpool - the bottles and the passiflora finally arrived!! This week we will QA everything snd start mixing final formulations and start bottling. Next week we will box and the plan is to begin shipments by the end of the week. Our expectation is that Pioneers in the U.K. will start receiving their refill packs and starter kits by the end of the month. Pioneers further a field, well that will be a function of transport to you but so excited!! Will post further progress here. As always, this is not the time to start ensuring everyone is baselining so sofi has a fresh data set to compare your response to passiflora against in case your baseline was a few weeks or month ago and we know how much the summer does seasonally change how people may be resting and getting some sleep … we are so excited! Almost there xx

Due to some unexpected delays, our timeline was shifted slightly to the right (check out the full review of this here).
However, we finally received the plant on Tuesday to begin the final mixing of formulations and packaging of both the S2 Refill Packs and S2 Starter Kits, with a plan to commence shipment in the week of the 25th of July.
All this to say that your Pioneer Pack will be with you shortly and we are so grateful for your patience in the meantime! Keep up the excellent baseline journaling work to prepare for the launch and we’ll see you on the other side

That’s a relief, thanks @alexwalkerjones. There is a section in the new app I downloaded that made me think I should maybe have the S2 stick already, but maybe it’s just instructions for when I do receive it. Thanks, I’m not the most technologically advanced sometimes

You know when we started on this mission with the Pioneer Program we thought wouldn’t it be amazing if we could generate some real world data with real people in their real lives and measure the real effect of these amazing solar powered natural wonders that can affect how we can feel … to nudge ok just a little more to a better place. And when you answered the call we were blown away.
And now that we are getting ready to start shipping out the S2 Refill Packs and Starter Kits for our second Pioneer Program we are humbled by the continued and growing love for our sofi.
Will be sending pictures all week next week from our facilities near Liverpool as we begin the process of continuing this journey together.
