I received an email with this subject line Friday. It said the refill is valerian again. Is this right?

Hi @BrandNewMe - yes! We are running a refill program for our current Pioneers with both passiflora and valerian simultaneously - and these will be shipping very soon! Of course, if you prefer to receive passiflora instead, please let me know and I will see what I can do.

Im now into my second Passiflower spray capsule. Im not sure if this is better for me than ashwa’ … my sleep seems about the same however, after frequent waking i return to sleep faster each night with Passiflora. Not sure which one i will need to pre order… Mostly anti anxiety/stress relieving benefits would be better…
Any thoughts Pioneers?
