Hi ive updated app as playstore said app update. But i cant find any where to put in my address could any one help thanks
At the bottom of your welcome screen there are 4 icons. The one on the right looks a bit like a compass needle in a circle.
Click on that and after a few seconds you will see a pop up to add your address in a form.
Alternatively you can get up the same form if you look in your account info.
Good luck with inserting your address.
2 lines of mine are similar to someone in the US so it keeps defaulting to the Americanās address and wont let me delete it even though the rest of my address is different!
My sofi app updated today to 2.9.1 android, but no icons like that on my welcome screen.
I am now on version 3.0.0 (very recent update i found this evening)
That must be why our pages are different.
Dont worry, the team wont be able to do everyone at exactly the same time and Alex did say the app would come out in waves so Im sure yours will be updated again soon

This draft release of sofi app and Pod represents the biggest jump towards a first customer ready product (end of the year) ā¦ so really appreciate all the patience and just as importantly all the feedback so we can improve our sofi for all ā¦ hope you manage to get some rest tonight!
Hi @Kaveh @ Kirill and @alexwalkerjones - thank you, i have emailed Kirill with a screenshot showing the mix of my address and the unknown American and Iām sure he will see what strange things are happening!!
I cant see anywhere else to write or confirm my address other than that form which comes up under account settings as well as the pop-up. However i note it does say " add New address" rather than confirm existing.
Anyway, thereās no hurry, you all deserve your weekend
But perhaps here i can just let @alexwalkerjones know that all my details remain the same as before and that may be enough to confirm things while the little glitches are sorted out!

Hi I went to playstore for my app to be updated but itās exactly the same as the old one. Also the the bubbles wonāt move or change.

On app update: thatās expected! Your new app has certain changes but youāll get an update on top of it soon (over the air, no store download required). For now we rolled it out to 40% of users to make sure we have capacity to deal with all the bug reports.
On bubbles: do they not react right from the start? Could you send a video maybe?

Itās not an unknown American but just an address autofill suggestion as yours isnāt recognized by the system
We wouldnāt be showing anyoneās personal data!
Seems like that pop-up is covering the input field and this is why you canāt proceed. I also think this is why your phone number isnāt accepted. Weāll figure it out on Monday as a priority

The bubbles donāt do anything, they donāt react at all when tapped or pinched.
