So i’m on my 3rd pod…number 2."nude"
I have to say these have not been as enjoyable as valerian but just as with that,my type of sleep and my moods waking up have been immensely better:+1:.Waking up not groggy is A+.If we could all just have a piece of chocolate b4 bed and sleep 8 hrs then we would,but alas
I actually liking pod 2 which is the Nude,which i thought in my journalling i prefered overtones of citrus etc.How are you all doing on tastes?
