So I’ve started pod 3 recently and if I could, I’d drink it. Love the flavour!
But I’ve also noticed that my sleep hasn’t been as good as pod 1, or even pod 2. Last night I had crazy dreams and necessarily attributing to the pod.
So anyone had a similar experience?

This is awesome feedback @mozza.stan77 and please keep journalling regularly all these variabilities you are experiencing with Valerian as you progress with the journey. As soon as you finish all three bottles we will run an analysis of what we could see from the data and also what you experienced as you were taking it to see if we can observe in the data the effects that you are feeling. Of course, how you feel will always trump what we see as our sofi brain is at the early phase of beginning to understand and interpret signals of effect! Keep going!
