Another sleepless night 
is everyone finding this heat makes sleeping worse?

Ive got a fan now, but its taking me hours to get to sleep. And sluggish in the mornings

I have a USB rechargeable fan near my bed. Saves electric bill too

The night sweats dont help! Too hot to be in bed and i wake up soaked having likely lost my mouth guard in the night with soaked pillows etc feeling dreadful the following day. You cant be bothered to do chores, go out of the house and people just dont understand that and think there is nothing wrong with you!

Im thankful my bedroom is at ghe feont of the bungalow in this weather and therefore the coolest part of the house for sleeping.
I do find this weather makes me feel overall crappy though

My sleeps terrible on a normal night but in this heat it’s been so much worse! I will be getting my fan back out and trying that see if it helps with sleeping any better lol
