I just arrived back from Australia and theres my top up! PHEW … so back on the sprayYAY
The sleep has been elusive… teeth agrinding
And the horrific 
night sweats are BACK
So am over the moon that i am able to spray again … its been a whole month - so now getting BACK onto Sofi-Routine

Just FIVE days in… and i cannot BELIEVE how quick i have CHILLED … 
NOT completely back in the rhythm YET… i forgot after dinner, but did b4 sleep so no biggie - but already i am FEELING the difference

I think was some of the last remaining samples we had of our S1 formulation but to be fair … it’s better in your hands than a reference on the shelf! So pleased you and Valeriana are back together! xx
