To keep it as short as possible sofi is doing great for me I used to be only able to sleep 2 or 3 hours interrupted. Than the rest of the night it was on and off for short periods of time . But felt knackered every morning.
Than my first lot of sofi pods came. And I started with number 3. It made a difference a BIG difference. I would fall asleep easier and do less over thinking during the day. I think my sleep doubled regular.
When I started pod number 2 for some reason I felt like it didn’t work for me
Pod number 1 again made a difference and I slept better.
I’m now on my refills and started with pod number 2 and I get regular around 5 or 6 hours of sleep. Some days I get about 4 but Its still better than the 2 hours and constantly waking up.
For me sofi has made a big difference and so happy to be here thank you
That’s incredible @sonja.ekkers.77 and so pleased we found you (and all the four legged friends you have introduced us)! Going to be digging through your latest stats with @enricovarano and see what the first version of the sofi brain saw. There will always be one source of truth and that is the Pioneer’s of experience. So we can I’ll be constantly tuning sofi’s mathematical models to get closer and closer to what pioneers feel. Thank you so much for sharing xx
Oops not sure what happened with previous message but just wanted to say that on my refill journey i have found that pod 3 didnt seem to be working for me so half way i swopped to number 2 and i definitely fell asleep quicker and had double the sleep without waking up.
Also it doesnt taste as bad second time round
It took a while for my sofi to register the refill pods and it still hasn’t registered all the sprays. But I’ve found that it has carried on making a difference to my sleep just like the first lot. It’s so amazing what a difference plants can make!!
I’ve currently had to stop using mine , I have a swollen throat and I’m struggling to swallow any drinks currently let alone using the spray , but I managed to get 11+ of sleep yesterday so that’s a bonus
