Thank you so much for your patience with us so far!
You should have gotten an email on the 3rd of November explaining the 2 waves of long-awaited shipments of Starter Packs we are launching end of this month and in December. To qualify for the first shipment, we ask you to journal as consistently as possible for 30 days from the day you received the email. 
Please check your spam/junk folder in case the email accidentally landed there! If you still cannot find the email, please let me know and I will be glad to sort it out for you.
