Which pods worked best for everyone

I can’t believe I’ve finished my Ashwagandha pods already! I did feel the benefit although I still woke up through the night but usually managed to get back to sleep pretty quickly. I can’t decide whether I responded better to Passiflora or Ashwagandha. Not sure how I’ll sleep going forward🤷‍♀️

At the start I much preferred passiflora as it worked for me and tasted much better, however I am now getting good results with the ashwagandha and sleeping much better. I think it takes longer to have an impact - for me anyway.
