10 Day sleep journal

Once the 10 days are completed do I still have to continue to do the journal?

Definitely @Marty … the stronger your baseline (the length and consistency of days of journalling), the faster and more confidently sofi’s brain can observe patterns of effect as you go through various pioneer programs. Also, at least in my case, there are things that seasonally really affect me - particularly my sleep - in my case is the annual dread hayfever … so my baseline if I did it over the summer would be a pretty useless baseline say any other time of the year … some folks struggle with heat others with daylight level … that’s assuming there are no hormonal or seasonal “externalities” that may impact how one may feel. So I baseline all the time … not consistently but I fall into good and bad habits! :pray:
