I’ve just finished all my Ashwaganda, thankfully. I didn’t get along with the taste or the reaction with my stomach. But gave it my best shot, it did aid sleep but I don’t think my stomach would thank me if I used it permanently I’m afraid.

Wow!!! Sorry to hear…I agree though, the taste is painful! Kudos for finishing it. Such a trooper. I still have yet to finish mine. It’s the taste that is so off putting and hindering me to finish. (Also work – I hate waking up so groggy and then have to go to work when I would rather sleep some more).
