I’m still spraying but the pod is not recording all spray. Pod is charged, tried uninstalling/ reinstalling. Still loving Sofi
Any ideas?

Hi @mozza.stan77 - thank you for your message! Are you able to see a green light with each press of the sprays? Or is there any message that appears on your Home Screen page indicating that the pod / capsule are not paired?
If there is no green light, please check if you are pressing the spray hard enough. The stick can be quite stubborn sometimes, so you have to make sure that you press all the way down until you see the green light come on - that’s when you know you have triggered a count.
