Hello every time I spray it is not counting the sprays

Do you have the app open at the time and is your pod close to the phone?

And did you connect your bluetooth within the App?
I’m a bit cautious to try to help any more as i am no expert on new phone technology but don’t worry, the experts will be back tomorrow and should be able to sort you out

Hi @Michele - I just saw this post of yours too!
Occasionally we find that the sofi pod can be a bit stubborn when recording a press, and can require some strength (strong thumbs, here we come!)
For your next sprays, it’d be great to experiment with pressing fast and hard, all the way down until you see the green light come on in a mirror, etc - as that’s when you know you have triggered a count.
We will continue troubleshooting and get there in the end! Thanks again
