Hi just a quick question what is the dosage of the ashwaghanda in each spray of the s3 pods as I’m just wondering what the dose I’m receiving is… thanks !!

Each ashwagandha capsule contains 30% dilution of pure ashwagandha extract, and each spray provides 140 mcl (with roughly 70 sprays per 10 ml bottle).
As a result, you’re getting approximately 29mg of ashwagandha per spray - or 174mg per day, assuming an average of 6 sprays per day!
