So I have my S3 ashwagandha pack which states to use 3 sprays twice so a total of 6 sprays daily. Can this be altered so instead its 2 sprays three times a day so morning afternoon and evening?

Absolutely @Tabstar! The time you spray and how you allocate your sprays depends on your preference!
Because ashwagandha is so useful for stress, many pioneers (myself included) prefer to spray those first couple sprays in the AM 
Feel free to find a spot in your routine for each set of sprays that simply works best for you.
