Did anybody think it would be a good idea to be able to select multiple options?

When I joined I felt stuck between wether it was anxiety or sleep In needed help with most as it is actually both… can anyone else relate?

I think many pioneers relate to that. Being anxious makes sleep more difficult.

Yep. 100% feeling the anxiety and sleep. I’m pretty good with 6 hours a night not when I’m chill and in a good place but now my anxiety is so bad that 10 hours feels pointless for how bad the sleep is and I get bedtime anxiety knowing I’m going to bed to struggle until morning. Gives me no free time from feeling like crappycrap :woman_facepalming:t3:

You tried Ashwaganda, I know it’s pioneering on here, but for those reasons I took Ashwaganda Ksm 66 chills you and sleep, obviously anxiety and sleep hand in hand

Same here. I can often manage the sleep with sofi and get longer, more consistent sleep then still wake up with gnawing anxiety. The solution isn’t always the same.

I find ashwangha helps me a great deal with my anxiety, my sleep is up and down all the time due to shift work. If I have less than 4 hours sleep then my day is gonna be crap. Anything over 8 hrs then I feel tired all day. Ashwagandha tablets is what I take now, until my subscription for ashwangha comes, when I was using ashwangha spray, I used it hour before an anxious situation, it helped and got me through the situations I had to face

So good to read that it helped you Steven. I feel for people who suffer badly from anxiety and hope you all find something to help you.

I think it helped me too (to sleep; i don’t suffer bad anxiety so am lucky in that respect) and Passiflora too but that was long ago so hard to remember.

That’s really good to know. I had the sprays but didn’t find that it helped with sleep but it did take the edge off my anxiety. I don’t think I appreciated how much until I stopped having it.
