Hi, I’m yet to receive my pod. Excited for when I do. I suffer with pretty constant anxiety and trying to rest my mind. I am quite good at falling asleep but things i experience are bad/ weird dreams as well as sleep paralysis at times. I was wondering if sofi pods are meant to help with calming our sleep including dreams. Anyone had a better experience when it comes to peaceful sleep since taking?

Some people have said they have more vivid dreams, but also that they have helped with anxiety too, i think its subjective to each person,

As far as I am aware, there has not been testing done on the effect of sofi on dreams specifically, but it does sound like a great idea! 
Just as @MissTQ mentioned, valerian in particular seems to enhance the amount/vividness of dreams in some pioneers, so feel free to use it with caution or skip it at all
