I have been very patient since joining the pioneer program in june. Ive completed my journal as instructed but enough is enough. I haven’t received my pioneer pack and Im wondering if I have missed something along the way. If I have not done something can somebody please let me know. Many thanks in advance.

Sofi are a small start up company and have been making their trial herbs in sequence. I joined in early 2022 and had to wait 8 months before my first trial so i do understand how you feel.
Things had been speeding up until the middle of this year when they were inundated with a vast number of new pioneers.
I have answered similar questions to yours many times, so forgive me for pasting part of my answer to someone else here:
If you read this link ( below) including the bit about ‘No pioneers will be left behind’ you will see that sofi has been unexpectedly inundated with new pioneers at a time when they have to also start selling their product after years of research and almost 2 years of trials.
You will receive a free pack but this has had to be delayed for some months.

We completely understand that sofi (and the wait times involved) are not for everyone! This is very much prototyping with a live (amazingly patient) community in exchange for the product being offered to Pioneers entirely free.
Our current ETA is for winter launch. In order for our final formulations to make it into our hands, it is a process of harvesting the plant, creating the extracts, flavour formulating, building improved generations of our smart pods, hand packing and assembling our units, and so on and so forth - so you can image that there is a high time requirement involved!
We also currently offer the possibility of pre-order subscription in case you would like to secure the shipment of your pack earlier and have new plant delivered to you each month. You can find more information about pre-orders if you click on the link @drmudlark so kindly provided in the previous message!

Hi, a year? That sounds odd so perhaps something went wrong. Did you confirm your address and receive the pebble surprise that ensures your pack would reach you?

Hi, yes I received the pebble quite some time ago. I took a photo of it and sent it as instructed. Maybe they are very busy and I will receive my pioneer pack soon.

My reply just above was to porshaspettles who says she has been waiting for over a year so that does sound like something has gone wrong there. I waited 8 months but i haven’t heard anyone wait for a year or more.

I checked your Pioneer progress and I can see in our system that your pack was reserved back in May. I was wondering if it appears differently in your app or you are experiencing issues with journaling?

Hi @Stever007, I just wanted to jump on here and confirm that your Pioneer Pack has been successfully reserved under your name (for which you will have received an email following submission of your pebble photo).
As mentioned above, our next Pioneer Program will launch at the beginning of next year for those with Pioneer Pack reserved. In the meantime, in order to remain viable as a company and to continue to support our thousands of Pioneers, we have had to turn our attentions towards pre-orders and the launch of sofi subscriptions for those that prefer to receive product sooner, and on a guaranteed monthly basis moving forward.
Should you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to reach out! Rest assured that you have done everything necessary on your part, and the only thing left to do is wait We’ll do everything we can to speed production along as our capacity (and Mother Nature!) allows
