Fibromyalgia pain

I have escruciating Fibromyalgia pain in the knees and legs. Whenever I have a bath I suffer with escruciating leg pain as it’s to much pressure for my legs. I don’t have a shower. Early hours this morning I couldn’t move my legs due to severe Fibromyalgia pain.
I really can’t take anymore pain. It’s kicked off my depression.
I am home alone and nobody to talk to, so I thought there maybe someone here to reach out to.

Hi, goodness, poor you. I have a friend who suffers from fibromyalgia too, and sometimes she is in despair! I don’t know much about it, but if ever you need to have a grumble, i have very good listening ears. Stay strong x

I feel your pain, i too have fibromyalgia and some days cant get out of bed. There is never any doctor’s appointments for over a week and then its only Telephone appointments. Im lucky and have a bungalow with a wetroom

Thank you all got your kind words. It’s nice to know there are some people out there that care enough to help others.
I do have quite a few health conditions which I really wish I didn’t have. I have epilepsy but it’s twitches loss of balance etc, but last year I took an overdose on my Epilepsy tablets and I really don’t want to go back there again. It was so stressful I lost all control of my life and thought there was no way out. It really stressed my son out. I do talk to him but I see it in him that he can’t always take, so I just stop talking.
That’s one reason I thought I would give this app a try and see if it helps.
My doctor is rubbish, I can’t contact him as the last time I asked for some help he said I need to contact my Epilepsy specialist not him and there is nothing he can do for the Fibromyalgia. I have tried complaining but they don’t do anything.
