Hi, can anyone advise me on how many days I need to wait between finishing one spray and starting the next spray please? I finished Valerian last night so want to know when it will be best to start the Passiflora spray.

Hi @Pauljoh - very good question!
It is recommended to have 2-3 days break between using each formulation (given they are all different plants). I believe you also should have received an email including this instruction!

Thanks Marina, I know I have read somewhere before how long to wait between different formulations but I just couldn’t remember what I’d read, or where I’d read it 
One of the drawbacks of getting older 
I had my last Valerian on Tuesday night so I’m going to wait until Saturday to start the Passiflora
