Hi all! I just received my first kit (pioneer pack?) I started Sunday but don’t really know what to do with the spray. I’ve been spraying it and breathing in… it’s that correct? I couldn’t find any instructions other than pairing it.

You should have the app open and spray it in your mouth.

Hi @rweiss1979 - so great to see you back here again! Our formulations are designed to be ingested/eaten, so as @BrandNewMe specified, just make sure your sofi app is open and spray - anywhere in your mouth is fine.
It may take 10 days or so for the plant to build in your system initially but fingers crossed you see some beneficial effects soon
