I need a new pod holder

My white pod fragrance holder is broken is there a way to get a new one ?

If you could please send an email to me at alex@sofi.health with some images of the issue, and any details regarding how/why it may have broken, I will look into seeing what I can do to get it replaced!

As you are one of our fragrance Pioneers, we have a very limited number of replacement units, but as soon as I have those details, I will be able to find out more!

Alex it will no longer sync to my phone the blue light is on but my phone can no longer read the pod

Hi @Lesha1512 - thanks for your message, could you attached a photo of the home page of your sofi app to show what message / data is displayed? It would also be helpful to understand what goes on when you attempt to re-pair?

The blue light coming on is a great sign!

It’s currently not lighting up at all
