The weather is beginning to warm up in London and recently I’ve been enjoying walking to my destinations as much as possible. Something I can’t help but get excited about is the number of gardens blooming to the brim with weeds and wildflowers!
Growing up in the southern United States, I really only ever saw lawns of centipede grass (short and plain to keep the bugs and snakes away), with the tendency to be over manicured á la white picket fence. I know how wonderful weeds like dandelions and bee balm are for bees, and I just love the beauty of letting nature do its thing. Thought to share in case anyone else has a preference for the floral and unkempt
It’s so lovely to have you here with us on this journey @angelascotney! You will find an amazing community of folks (we call pioneers) each not only interested in their journey to more sleep and calm but avidly helping us make sofi better and each other by sharing their experiences - the few things that worked, the many things that don’t and from time to time you may just find a moment of four legged creatures thx to @sonja.ekkers.77 ! Welcome xx
Here’s a view I would love to share here - you can always feel the air - from last Sunday when I was visiting my gorgeous girls in Cornwall! Hope you’re managing to have some decent downtime and charging up for the week ahead!
