My sofi app is not logging how many hours I’ve slept also do i journal in the morning or the evening.
Do both morning and evening.
The morning is very important for logging your sleep duration and quality and then your mood (bubbles).
The evening journal asks about focus as well as other things plus the mood bubbles again.
