So i have taken the spray out to clean and the spray nozzle is stuck inside and i cant get it out

Hi @babygee.joc - not to worry! The pods can jam if they’re inserted with the spray part not facing the front. To get it back out, see if the following instructions from our mechanical engineer Barry work for you:
-pop the top cap off
-remove the circuit board/sofi electronic brain
-poke a pair of chopsticks (or similar tool) down the tube to push the stuck bottle out
-replace the sofi electronic brain and top cap to try again

but the spray is ok…

Are you back up @babygee.joc … this happens a bit with our first build of sofi and our clever mechanical engineers are working to significantly improve this in future builds. Hope you’re having a restful night and a wonderful weekend ahead xx
