Napping in the day

Hi @porshaspettles - this is a great question! There is no right or wrong, as sofi will only ever compare your data to you, in order to generate any result.

Because of this, should you take approximately a 20-30 minute nap everyday, there is no harm to include it in your sleep. However, because the journal will only ask about sleep in the first half of the day (between 4AM to 5.59PM), naps in the evening / afternoon may be harder to track!

Ultimately, so long as the way you answer the journaling questions remains the same over time, how you come to those answers is up to you :blush: :crescent_moon:
