Need to pause subscription - got a backlog!

Hi all, it’s been a while! Just wondering how to go about pausing my subscription? I’ve ended up with a three box backlog of sprays; I didn’t realise that the dosage had increased from 2 sprays twice a day to 3 sprays twice a day, and i’ve just discovered by chance that the boxes have an information sheet tucked between the cardboard pieces and have now realised my error.

@alexwalkerjones is it possible to pause my subscription for three months? I’m actually due to renew at the end of this month as well, so I don’t know whether that causes a problem with timing.

Hello. You are unlikely to get a reply on here. The sofi people seem to have deserted us. Is there a telephone number or email address you can use.

Hi Jenny, I think you will find that you have to cancel your subscription and restart it later on. There are options to cancel on your plan and also on your receipt you get after your monthly payment. I hope that helps with your enquiry.
