I have had two packs of sprays and finished them. When I check on my status it tells me there is another pack arriving but it has been like this for weeks

Thanks for your message and great to see you in the treehouse!
By default the sofi app will revert to “waiting for next refill pack to arrive” as we are preparing the app to support our sofi subscriptions, which are naturally recurring each month. I hope that helps to clarify.
