Do we still have the option to pause our subscription? I know this was talked about but it’s not an option anywhere.
I haven’t been good at using Sofi as my dog has been very ill and I lost her last week. So I have lots of sprays left and could do with saving money to pay the vets fees … Don’t want to cancel my plan tho.
Hi Sammy. I only read your message now. I know its late, but please accept my condolences on your loss of your dog. So very sad and such a stress to go through both emotionally and financially, I know firsthand how that can be, although we all experience things in our own way of course. I am so sorry, and I hope and pray that you get support from wherever you need it.
