Has anyone had problems with their subscription, on my account it says my free spray month is May, but they’ve taken the £35 from my account as usual. I’ve messaged @alexwalkerjones but I’ve had no response, so I’m left feeling rather confused. I’ve had the usual text saying that the delivery company has my parcel, that will sit in the cupboard for a while. I’ve supported Sofi through the transition from the free trial to business, I understand there may be mistakes, but something like this should be addressed and other than @alexwalkerjones I don’t know who else to contact, as i said Alex hasn’t replies to my message, so maybe she is away on her holidays. Just wondered if anyone else has had the same problem.
Screenshot of my account status, says May is free month, but the money went out of my account. I also thought that we got 2 free months each year, though I may be wrong on that.

Try contacting Kaveh, at the above email. I managed to cancel my subscription this way.
Thanks, I don’t want to cancel, but id like to know why I’ve been charged when it is supposed to be my free month, @Kaveh may well be able to help, thanks for the suggestion.
Hi Rosie. I dont have a subscription as nothing worked for me so far. But the few questions i have asked (such as when are reminders going to function again) have gone unanswered. I thought maybe they are only replying to paid subscribers now…but it seems your proving me wrong. I hope they reply to you as you have enough to worry about. Love the photo of your cat that you posted before
Hi Cathy, Alex didn’t get back to me but Kavah did, though they don’t allow you to pause your subscription, you have to cancel it, then I guess restart, but then you don’t get the price that you got when we first took the subscription out, that was locked in for life, and I still don’t know if or when hops are being trialled, seems everyone has disappeared and its difficult to get any answers about things. Hopefully we will hear something soon, but I don’t go online much, I’m usually busy, either hospital or sleeping!!! Hence no need for passiflora, but I will restart again when I do need it, but I have so many sprays I haven’t used, even ashwagandha which I got one month, though it tastes vile. I hope your cats settling in, mine are running round at the moment playing, Ghost Lee woke me from a deep sleep, I was dreaming, but he had obviously tried to wake me, which hadn’t worked, so he climbed the curtain, got on top of my built in wardrobes, then jumped off landing on my legs, that woke me!!! He wanted attention, that’s all, a fuss, he usually comes and sucks the fleece I have over my duvet, then when he’s finished doing that he lifts his head up and wiggles his tongue, very funny, I’ll try to upload a video of him, he’s so cute, but a typical boy, rough with Miss, so TeeTee has to step in them, I’d be lost without them. TeeTee and Miss Tee are off for their annual check up and jabs tomorrow, so Ghost will be in on his own for the first time. You take care, and if you hear anything about the hops trial would you drop me a line please?
Good to hear that you are both still out there. Keep going and keep strong.
Hi @cathy, its been a while since I’ve beeen around, I hope you’re keeping well, any news on whether any of the pods work for you? How are your cats? Mine are fine since their problems last December, thankfully they’ve both recovered well. Ghost Lee is at the stage where he looks all leggy, with a slim body, reminds me of a foal!! The others are well too. Sofi are moving into a new phsae and hope it goes well for them, love to hear from you x
Lovely to hear from you @MissTQ … we are in the process of switching across from the old Pioneer Program to the new shopify site that has gone live on sofi.health. Message me direclty to see what else you need and anyone who is on the old subscription we are going to move you across to the new platform so again feel free to message me directly here
Hi Rosie. Nice to hear from you! I am doing okay. Still struggling with sleep, especially since my new cat entered my life. Tried acupuncture for several months, but no luck there yet. My cat Hershey is doing okay. He has been a struggle to adapt to, and is struggling to adapt himself to life indoors. He clearly enjoys being outside and ran away so often during the first few weeks that I had to start leash walking him. It helped a little…but he spends a lot of time pacing from the front balcony to the back balcony in my small condo unit. Now that it is getting very cold outside, I worry about how he is going to be during the winter. First time ever that I have had to look up warm cat clothing for winter walks! I am so glad to hear that both your cats are recovered and doing well. As far as the pods, I had no idea what was happening at sofi, once everyone stopped replying and stopped posting. So I really stopped thinking about sofi as a viable option at that point as I was not even sure if we were still on the same conversation platform or if everyone had moved over to somewhere else. Funny thing too is that all my old conversations with support staff have been deleted on the app. If they are still sending out new formulations then I guess I will keep trying to find something that works.
Not good with technology, so did not know how to reply as a private message, versus one that everyone else would have to read. Oh well.
Hope that you are doing well yourself.
I hope your new cats ok, he’ll settle to an indoor cat, it takes a while, I’ve had cats that were outdoor ones that became indoor ones, Tia the 1st Spanish cat, she didn’t like it at first, but I found if I played with her more or gave her some cat toy puzzles it helped in keeping her mind occupied, also she was a lot like Ghost, she’d bring the ball or whatever soft toy I’d thrown back and would keep doing it for hours, tires them out, and me too, I’ll send you a private message, on here and give you my email address. Sofi looks a lot different in the couple of months I’ve not been online much, I don’t do social media at all, nothing, and I’m good with that. Kaveh sent me a message, thats why I looked and saw what’s been going on, I’ve still got a cupboard full of passiflora and a box of ashwagandha, but as I said my sleeps been ok, the chemo really took it out of me, and I’m not looking forward to the radiotherapy next week, 5 days, 2 off then another 5days, though they may nit have to be done, depends what the scans show, hopefully it’ll kill off what’s left of the tumor which has shrunk considerably. I also had a mini stroke at the beginning of March, I stood up to get out of the bath and lost my peripheral vision in my left eye, I saw my gp, he sent me straight A&E, spent 18 hours on what they deem a comfy chair, a reclining one, all the trollies were full, but I couldn’t rest, I went in at 5pm, spent 15 hours running after a lady with dementia, who was waking people, talking to Dr’s, she was rude to the coloured nurse, apparently she was in a nursing home, but no one stayed with her. So I was keeping her calm and quiet, I still have no idea what was wrong with her, she had a bag, with some clothes, which was useful when she had wet herself, the nurses were so busy, so I took her, washed her down and put clean things on her. I had a ct scan in the middle of the night, at 1pm the next day I had an mri scan, and was told the results would be 2 hours, then at 5pm they wanted me to go to a ward, I said not unless there’s a problem with my scan, they’d given me an aspirin, but I was shuttled off the a ward, but refused to get into bed, and an hour later they said I’d had a bleed on the right side on the back of my head, by this time it was over 48 hours since I’d lost vision, and it had returned, and they let me go home, but I’m still having to go to 3 hospitals, only 1 in my town, 10 mins away, the others are in Manchester and are horrible drives to get there, but the pro lems from the mini stroke have long since gone, my blood pressure has always been low, when I get up too quickly i go dizzy, my left foot feels like it’s rice the size, and my vision goes like a TV with no station, just snowy, and I was on meds to keep my blood pressure up, so I’ve stopped those and things have settled, so all in all I guess I’m ok, the cats are definitely doing well, I’m sure you new cat will adjust. I’ll message you with my email address in a day or 2. Take care xx
