Subscription didn’t auto-renew. Help?

Hiya, my original subscription has ended, and I’ve had a couple of emails about “your subscription will renew soon” but it never does. I’ve emailed the team but have had no reply. Can someone help me restart my subscription please? Many thanks, Jen

Morning @jeni.crawley007 do lovely to hear from you. We are in the process of transitioning from
Pioneer programs to activating our store and bringing new formats of sofi to the market. Can you email me directly with what you’re currently using and also have a look at the new shopify site as you can get a preview of the formats coming love. The main question is whether you like to continue to use your sofi formulations with the smart spray tracking your use or we now are starting to offer the plant formulations as standalone capsules (see: https://sofi.health/). Let me know and will check for you again here and get you back up and running. As always, grateful for all the support and patience wish us during this incredible journey. :heart:
