Not registering sprays

I have done about 7 sprays today, none of which are registering. I am continuing to log my mood bubbles

Thanks for posting and apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

A couple things to first confirm:

  • is your sofi pod charged?
  • are bluetooth and location services both enable for the sofi app?
  • is your pod paired to the app, and are all three formulations being recognised?

An easy way to assess these answers is to provide a screenshot of the home page of your sofi app (the page where spray count is shown) and this way we can see what you see and hopefully get you up and running soon!
