Is there a minimum time difference needed between the dinner and bedtime sprays?

Yes all confirmed  cant wait.

Good question! @pamelaspence, please double check me here but I don’t believe there is a minimum time needed, and food is not a prerequisite - think of it more as a suggestion as most people tend to want to wind down following their evening meal.

The way I like to look at it is like a gentle nudge towards relaxation with the evening sprays, and a follow-up to help encourage better sleep just before bed!

Morning @alexwalkerjones and @BrandNewMe

Correct - there is no minimum time needed but it is good to space the sprays out. I usually say to patients that they should take one in the late evening and one just before going to bed. That usually works best. Or if that doesn’t work then one dose when you are starting to gather things to get ready for bed, and one at ‘lights out’. The key thing is tying it in with your normal nightly activities so that it becomes part of your routine. Part of what you’re doing is setting a signal for your brain that you are starting to move towards sleep time.

Hope that helps?

Over the last few days, across the treehouse, our app support and via email we have responded to a number of queries from Pioneers as the first wave of S1 Pioneer boxes began to arrive to their new homes. We have compiled a “how-to” survival guide of the most common trouble shooting and support we have been providing and welcome your feedback on this guide. We plan to print this in hard copy and place inside each future Pioneer Box going to first time Pioneers so would love to have all of your comments. As always grateful to @alexwalkerjones and @Kirill for all their support and importantly to all Pioneers who have been helping us work through this together.

Please click here to review our sofi | a survival guide for pioneers. Thank you.

As many of us move from our first plant pod onto our second (and for some of us even onto our third!), I just wanted to highlight the importance of hanging onto your empty plant pods:

While all sofi packaging can be recycled, there is something even more sustainable than recycling, and that’s re-use! :star_struck:

In light of this, we are in the process of exploring a closed-circuit option whereby empty plant pods can be returned to us to be cleaned and re-filled. In the meantime we would love if you could hold onto your empty plant pods (pump and all) while we figure the logistics out and work towards further reducing our environmental impact together.

Hi @naomi.swann - welcome to the sofi treehouse and thrilled to have you on board! The very first step is to download your sofi app, and begin establishing your baseline of sleep and mood. This is done by journalling, once per day, and allows us to later measure any effect from the plants.

Once your “baseline” of 10 days is complete, we’ll send you a form via email to confirm your address and begin the verification process (including a small surprise!)

Please let me know if you have any questions along the way, anytime - or need any hep with downloading the app

Happy Pioneering!

I would love the idea of sending them back and reusing them .

Only trick we have got to sort out is how to decrimp the bottles. But certainly reusing would be a better outcome than recycling for folks in the U.K. internationally the carbon footprint probably does not make sense till we have local fulfilment. Let’s see!

We’re planning on it! The aim is to switch to rechargeable Lithium cell batteries in the near future, so this issue won’t arise again. We are building a USB C charging port (see below!) which will come to effect in the third build of the sofi sticks and this will eliminate the need for batteries and potentially poppable tops!

The third version to be exact as we couldn’t bring in a USB C Charing port fast enough for the S2 program but it will make its appearance with the S3 program and all active pioneers will get a rechargeable USB C stick version of sofi!
