Pod connection issue

My pod is only connecting while physically touching my phone. It is not registering any sprays. I charged it for 4 hours before using it

Apologies as I missed this post and replied to your other one asking for a screenshot, not noticing you had already provided one.

Could I ask you to confirm that your location services are switched on?

You can find this in the setting application of your phone, and I’ll attach a screenshot below as a guide of what to look out for. Unless location services are enabled “while using the sofi app,” occasional issue can arise that prevent the app and pod from maintaining their pair.

Please let me know if that works at all!

The location was on “while using the app” I added permission for the camera and media, just in case.
