Pod wont stay connected

My pod doesn’t stay connected, is this happening to anyone else?

Hi @Stephg,

There can be a few different reasons for difficulty getting the pod to maintain its bluetooth bridge. Here is a small checklist that may be able to help:

  • has your smart pod been recently charged?
  • do your bluetooth (and location services) remain on 24/7? (You might be surprised that leaving bluetooth on really does not significantly affect your phone battery - so it’s something we highly recommend)
  • is there any message displayed on the Home Screen of your sofi app?

The home screen can tells us a lot about the cause of the pairing / RFID connection issue, so please feel free to attach a screenshot of that at your convenience and I would be happy to take a look and see what we can do to troubleshoot!

Mine is very temperamental. It will only connect sometimes.
