My pod seems to need daily charging. Every day I get the message that it is not connected, and I have to recharge it to get it to connect to the app. I thought it was supposed to last a week or so per charge.

Mine did this on the first go so i charged the pod then did the old ‘uninstall-reinstall’ trick and it hasnt ran out of battery since weirdly. Hope that helps!

I’ve had a range of experiences … most of the time I’m averaging 3 days between charges … but there was this one super active day where sofi had a lot of say 
…. But mostly lasting three days for me between charges!

What we do know is that sofi pod battery lasts longer if it’s sitting idle somewhere. Movement turns the stick on and drains the battery faster. Something that we are going to fix in the next gen of pods!

I get a message that it is not connected but that changes when i open the app and my phone is near the pod.
So maybe ?? you dont have to keep charging it?? Hopefully!
