Still not working for me not connecting and won’t let me move forward

Good evening
This is day 2 of my sofi not connecting, not charging and not working so I can move forward with this study. Can someone please help me


Hi @Vanessabuynak - thanks for your post and apologies for the delay in getting back to you. When you say the pod is unable to charge… are any lights showing up at all during or after it is plugged in for 60-90 minutes?

Hi there
No lights are on while plugged in and while not plugged. I’ve charged it for more than enough time and nothing happens. It suddenly stopped working for days I can spray and journal but it doesn’t come up on the app
