I’ve received my stater pack a while ago and recently an email telling me my next ones are on the way but I haven’t received those as yet. I’ve had quite a few sprays that haven’t synced with the app. So far, I’m enjoying the process. Although, the Ashwanga is still taking some getting used to

I can confirm that our system shows both your Pioneer Starter Packs as reserved under your name!
We’re only a small startup, so our production time varies, however, already the wait time between launching new plants/program has significantly reduced from where we started (with some Pioneers previously waiting up to 8 months!)
In order for our final formulations to make it into our hands, it is a process of harvesting the plant, creating the extracts, flavour formulating, building improved generations of our smart pods, hand packing and assembling our units, and so on and so forth - so you can image that there is a high time requirement involved!
Our next plant will be a super strength Chamomile! Our current ETA is for an early September launch, of course, if there’s anything we can do in the meantime to push those timelines forward, we absolutely will!

I have not recieved mine yet, and due to somebody sayung we would have to pay tl receive it after months of journalling i stopped journalling for a few weeks. Im not sire if i will receive or not now. I was very looking forward to it though

However, as we have reached total capacity with our Ashwagandha Program and all current Packs have been assigned to go out, you will be one of the first participating in the launch of our next plant!

We know that the wait time can be frustrating, but we are doing everything we can to speed our time (and quantity of production up) so that we can get sofi into your hands - as well as hundreds of other patient Pioneers - as fast as we possibly can.

Hi angela, sorry to read that you thought you might have to pay for a trial and so stopped journalling.
A couple of pioneers have posted their concerns about this, even to thinking they might have to pay retrospectively. They misunderstood and jumped to the wrong conclusion. Their concerns were replied to with reassurance by myself and a team member. Sofi NEVER charge for the trial packs.
If you see a post that worries you it is always worth checking the treehouse again to see what the replies said, or even to ask yourself if you read something that bothers you

It’s a good idea to start journalling again, and as regularly as you can, because this will benefit you. The sofi analysis can compare your sleep and mood while using the sprays with how they were with no sprays. As individuals our response to the sprays can vary so the analysis can help you discover which herb works best for you x

Thank you for your reply! Thank you for confirming its been reserved. I wasnt complaining reallt abkut wait time, i just assumed i would not be recieving one anymore due to not paying, but i am delighted to know this isnt the case!
